To match the brand's retail and wholesale growth, Jofit tasked Noticed with revamping their D2C online shopping experience.
Previously operating on Magento I, the brand’s website had issues with glitches, load time, navigation readability, and security breaches.
To alleviate all of these concerns - and tackle a few new opportunities - we set out to migrate Jofit to Shopify Plus.
In addition to these necessary fixes, we identified a few new priorities to increase Jofit's sales:

A Total Overhaul
Simply by switching from Magento to Shopify, we alleviated Jofit’s biggest pain points: slow site speed, expensive server costs, and security breaches.
In addition to gaining Shopify's competitive advantages, migration is a great opportunity to reassess your eCommerce “wish list.” So while we were at it, Noticed outfitted Jofit with a better connection to their inventory management system, made the site responsive across devices, optimized the variants on their PDPs, and added advanced search with autocomplete and faceted filtering.

Shopify has a robust ecosystem of powerful partners, and we curated the perfect collection to optimize Jofit’s site, including:

A Swell Rewards loyalty program,
Rise AI to grow through gift cards,
and Klaviyo for email, saving Jofit $2,000 a month while adding additional functionality.
Optimizing for International Audiences
Finally, we set out to help Jofit go global.
When a site isn't optimized for international sales, burdens like calculating costs are passed onto the customer - a surefire way to encourage bounces.
Adding automatic geo-location recognition, we ensured that currency conversion, language translation, and shipping infrastructure were tailored to international customers in Canada, Asia, and the UK.
