After migrating Googan Squad’s retention program to Klaviyo, Noticed was tasked with understanding Googan’s unique voice and audience and the best way to communicate to this audience segment.
Googan Squad’s primary channel to reach its fans is Youtube so Noticed worked diligently to translate that engagement via YouTube to retention marketing. We identified the key tone of voice, copy, and design spoke to this passionate audience, incentivizing them to take action through strategically curated email sends.
