FaceTory came to Noticed with an email program that was running but needed more direction. In the first few months of working with FaceTory, we designed a new email template that reflected current email best practices; turned static lists into segments that would target the most prospects possible; and made their flows shoppable in order to drive more conversions.

Goals

In the first 5 months with Noticed, we introduced 7 new flows and updated 5. We tackled a wide range of revenue-generating flows from Abandoned Cart to Smile.io rewards program points flows. Coming up next? Even more automation to trigger emails at specific points in a customer’s journey. The more personalized, the better!

FaceTory's segmentation is complex because of the business’ subscription service element. Noticed created new segments based on different subscription tiers, rewards status, activity, skin type, and more. By breaking down the database into segments, we can then begin to send highly personalized emails that allow us to collect even more data.

FaceTory and Noticed work collaboratively on all designs. Through their creative direction and our creative team, we were able to design cohesive branded campaigns that excite and delight featuring lifestyle imagery, FaceTory mascots, and GIFs.
